  1. Hi all I am struggling to lose more weight. Anyone found really good suggestions on how to limit carb intake. I feel like that is my major problem.
  2. I still have more weight to lose but yes, sitting in my changing body is more uncomfortable than I anticipated. Even in a relatively comfy chair.
  3. Omg! My belly and back have been itching on and off for weeks. I hadn't connected it to the surgery and weight loss, I thought I was just having some weird reaction or something. I'm so thankful for you all asking questions and sharing knowledge.
  4. I’m still losing, haven’t hit goal weight yet but I’ve started having sugars again since the holidays. Need to reset hard! My appetite has increased as well. But not a whole lot.
  5. I lost 33 pounds so far. Admittedly the last week or so I have been having more carbs than I should. I’m trying to reset and focus on protein.
  6. Hi all. I’m eating mostly protein and vegetables but I do include some carbs. I try to do fresh potatoes (small portion) along side or one or two teaspoons of rice. I’m down 26 pounds since surgery and about 35 pounds total since the liquid diet phase before surgery.

  10. Hi has anyone had luck finding a good complete multivitamin? I’ve tried a few different brands and haven’t found one I liked. The ones I’ve tried at either really large tablets (hard to swallow) or taste awful (chewable).
  11. My weight loss has been slow but happening. My doctor seems pleased. Some members of my family are supportive others aren’t. Curious to hear about others.
  12. Hi all. I had my surgery on August 14th. I was on wegovy prior to. I find myself hungry more often than I expected but still eating small portions. I was usually a fast eater so I’m trying to eat slower. Sometimes I get stuffed because I ate too quickly. Im trying to balance eating when Im hungry + drinking water in between meals and waiting enough time before eating. It’s more difficult than I expected because sometimes Im preparing my food and get super hungry while cooking.
