So excited!
@Mspretty86 so when you first get them they are HUGE, high up your chest, tight because they are so swollen. So yea once they settle they appear smaller because the swelling is gone. When I tried the sizes with the silicon inserts during my "pick the size" appt its a pretty close visual of what I have now. I knew I wanted a DD because of my build and height. If I would've gotten smaller then it wouldn't have looked like I had anything done. I had skin sacs and I am super happy with what I have, they look great in tops, my waist looks smaller, and overall a good decision on the size.

Report Your WINS ..What is your today's win???
@Mspretty86 oh that is great! My food noise came back around a month ago, basically when I halted the exercise and got my P.S. I felt really outta control, but now Im back at it, I always meal prepped but my snacking was outta control so now I do 3 whole food clean meals. 1 snack and dessert like protein ice cream. Making sure I stay in my calorie deficit but eating enough to get them gains in the gym lol

Travel
So I will say I had my sleeve done with my youngest at 2, I was 35 and no issues. I was completely fine to at 4-5weeks. I was working out pretty hard at that point. If it were me, I would do it. Just like @Lilia_90 said just bring snacks because the park food will make you nauseous with the oils, fried, sweets all the things.

Report Your WINS ..What is your today's win???
My win is getting back in the gym and back on track! I have been cleared to do lower body, biceps and triceps. I have been prioritizing cardio which is great but now that I am back in the gym I feel so much better! I cant wait to hit back and shoulders but all in due time. I have been tracking and making sure I am staying in my calorie deficit. I started to interment fast, not a crazy one just 12:12, but its helping the food noise and helping me be more structured.

What Are Some Things That Surprised You After Surgery?
@SpartanMaker and @Lilia_90 thank you, I am hearing what your saying and going to try and to stop psyching myself out! My pants still fit the same, so if were going by that then I am doing fine. Yes my weight lifting is slowly getting back to how I was working out previously so I will see what the next couple months seem like and adjust from there. You two are awesome! ❤️

What Are Some Things That Surprised You After Surgery?
My cycle is normal, Water intake is the same aas usual. I have never been fantastic with it. However, my protein is out of control LOL like 175g - 225g a day. Do you think its having the opposite effect? I am trying to lean out and build muscle so I eat a ton of protein in small amounts throughout the day. Maybe my 1 coke zero I drink a day? i did figure my implants probably being around 4-5lbs in total?

Report Your WINS ..What is your today's win???
@Mspretty86 I'm certain I am a rare case, I got a lift, large implant and internal bra- everywhere I read was rest for 7days, then light walking afterwards, weights after 6 weeks. I was unable to ANYTHING working out or getting my heart elevated for 7 weeks! His explanation was that he didn't want my elevated heart rate to cause swelling in the capsule that he made for the implant then the implant settle in my armpit because my swelling stretched out the internal capsule. I spent A LOT of money for these girls and he kept telling me not to mess up my investment. LOL After 7 weeks I got the okay to start walking, and lower body. I go back on Friday the 14th and I am hoping he releases me to do upper body so I can get back into the full swing of things. I am 11 weeks, and they are settled pretty well, but they have very minimal bounce LOL! When I do work out I wear two sports bras just to keep them in place, because I have big implants. I want to keep them perky as long as possible. I can push them together in bralettes and lingerie for sexy time. They stay up and look so effing good ha! I am still in a post op bra, really hoping on Friday he tells me I can start wearing regular bras at least for events for a couple of hours or so.

@ShoppGirl My belly is still rough lol so High waisted will be for me, But I would love something that is very booby hahha! then another suit that is appropriate for when I am with family lol I am still wearing post op bras, I am looking forward to wearing real bras because what I can wear is limited. Thank you for saying that! I have to remind myself that I worked hard and I deserve this! ❤️

Plastics & Pregnancy
I will say that I am super happy that I waited to have any sort of plastics once I was done having children. I breastfed both of my children for 13months plus and now that I have a BA my bewbies will stay nice and perky. I am 36 and just started my plastics journey. I have to pay off my bewbs first then I'm going in for a 360 lift and my arms, so I am hoping by 40 I am brand new tight me lol I do know someone who lost a ton of weight through diet and exercise, she spent 20k on plastics only to have children 5-7yrs later and stretched out her skin that did not bounce back and will need more surgery to go back. Also, I had a ROUGH 20's, I was in a toxic and terrible marriage that was abusive which is how I became 325lbs at one point, so at this stage in my life, I am in a healthy relationship (not married) we have kids from previous marriages and have one of our own. We have careers, a home, stability (well as much as you can in this economy LOL) All these things were important for me to have and do before I could feel to "do me" and feel good about the "my turn to be selfish". I say YOU DO YOU!!! this is YOUR time!! if you don't want to wait then dont!

Let's Talk Sweets! Yummyyyy Goodness
@Mspretty86 they are effing amazing! if you put them in the freezer it tastes like a 3 musketeers, the middle is fluffy like marshmallow and the outside doesn't taste like fake chocolate. My daughter is now eating them as a snack during day. It has great macros too. I have only tried the Brownie and coconut ones so far.

Let's Talk Sweets! Yummyyyy Goodness
@Mspretty86 ooooo okay! I'm not afraid of fats either. healthy fats are important! I refuse to restrict myself. I still eat fast food, I cant say no to a couple of French fries LOL There are days I cannot lie where I binge like a mofo but its never more than 1 day and I get back on track the next day. I.E today I started my period and I want to munch of anything and everything lol I just want to graze on all things chocolate. But I am eating my healthy sweets and hot coffee. Its helping!

I am a feen with sweets hahaha! I have a sweet treat or 2 every single day. I eat two PB Balls that I make with Natural peanut butter, shredded coconut, pure maple syrup, flavored protein powder or collagen powder. I have made chocolate covered dates with PB and nuts inside. I make a Protein Ninja creami with all the different flavors, Yasso bars, mini helado pops, I make pudding with fairlife protein shake and SF FF pudding mix. I also do eat regular sweets. See's candy, regular ice cream, candy bars. I just track it and allocate the calories for it or not. I just found built puff bars and omg these are amazing!! I want your recipe! those look dang delish!

13months Out- NSV?
I think I can count this as NSV! So I am pretty certain my body is done losing weight and I am going to stay at a healthy 165-170lbs, I am cleared to exercise again (i.e walking, hiking, stationary bike, lower body weights). I am back to working out 6 days a week with 3 of those days being strength training/cardio. I have never been in this spot where I am just maintaining, meal prepping is a thing that I do and I don't dread it, working out is just part of my day, not binging and just being able to eat sweets in moderation or if I go crazy then the next day I just get back on track and don't slip. Is this what regular, never been obese people live and feel?! I was reflecting on the past year and reflecting how much I yo-yo'd since I was 12yrs old. How I was killing myself putting junk in my body every single day, easily eating 5000 calories if not more a day, eating well and losing the water weight 10lbs then get discouraged and give up. The day I decided I was going to go through with the gastric sleeve and take my health back was the day I read this!

Creature of Habit
@ShoppGirl I feel like I getting the same benefits. At least burning calories, feeling sweaty and out of breath. I am too hard on myself. I will build back to where I was, I'm just whiny LOL With everything you have been through your attitude is admirable, and your still working out! Good job, your really taking life by the horns! So proud of you
