I was like you - alergic to all the protein drinks --- my nuterinionist made this one up for me - it is 27 grams 1 cup 1% milk 1/2 egg whites subsitute - found in dairy -- do not use raw!! 1 teaspoon of vanilla 3 tablespoons of powder milk 1 packet of splendia mix well - don't drink to cold or with too many bubbles so you don't get gas after surgery. enjoy --- don't give up - I was banded on sept 4th - have lost over 30lbs good luck most protein drinks have barley in them - which I am alergic too
