Thanks 🙏🏾. I have. However I had oral surgery right before my bypass so I have two bottles. 🫣😏. They kinda make me dizzy though so I try to grin and bear.

Yeah the whole bed thing is .....it's something. I sleep longways like a dead fish.

Girrrrrrl. I feel so much better on day 4. On day one I was just over everything. It's worth it though. It's not only a learning process it shows you just how strong you are.

What is it? Try sticking to Only the list the Dr gave. The reason there are restrictions is to help shrink your liver, so it won't be in the way during surgery. I stuck to it and still have hepatomegaly (enlarged liver) not on the list. DON'T DO IT!!!!

Carla, I was going to ask are they eating around you. How rudeeeee lol. Make sure you're getting enough out the protein shakes. 60-90 grams is what my doc said. That three or 4. You freaking got this. If need be.. leave the room. Or asks them too. My partner ate in the bedroom last night. You got this!!!!

Yes don't do that. I'm four days post op and have come to the realization that my hunger is in my head. I'm not hungry, but my good old Instagram feed full of goodies got me depressed 😔. Drink more fluids, jello, popsicles. Occupy your time away from food. You'll do fine. I'm rooting for you.

Yes. My doctor says the majority of the tools are on the right side, that's why it hurts worse than the left. I use ice/heat on that side.

I'm so thankful for these answers. I literally have cried every day thinking I was not recovering properly because of the pain. I had surgery 4 days ago 🫣
