Hi all I was banded 12/22/08 and to my surprise it went very well being banded around the holidays. I have currently lost 76 pounds and I'm feeling wonderful and my sleep apnea is gone! I want to wish all of you the best and I'm so very happy for you all chosing to make this wonderful change in your lives. -

What do you do when you craves sweets! I never was big on sweets before my surgery I would have them now and then but it didn't bother me. Now since I had surgery it seems like every time (for the last 2 months) I eat I want something sweet. I need help with this my weight loss has been at a stand still and I believe it's because of this. Please let me know if there are other things you can eat to take this away. Thanks so much in advance!!!!!:huh2:

Thanks for responding. I was thinking about sf fudicles they aren't bad I think I will keep them on hand if I want something sweet.

Looking great keep it up! I hear that, that's my problem sweets I have to stay away from them. The funny thing is I wasn't big on sweets until surgery I'm trying hard to over come it.
