JS1982 got a reaction from Jnstrue in Best Vanilla Protein that isn’t Premier
My surgeon died not recommend Premier Protein at all. I am planning to use Unjury for the liquid phase and also Vade. I then am going to use Pure Protein (the cartons not the can).

JS1982 reacted to MCE1205 in Flatulence and foul smelling stools
I was experiencing this when I was eating sugar (cookies, cakes) and starchy carbs (bread, Pasta, rice). I eliminated bad carbs and increased vegetable and no longer have gas and stools are normal in color.
