Scientist, where did you find their requirements? I’ve looked and can’t find them

I live in SoCal and just started sorting all this out. Was wanting to know if anyone has Anthem insurance. Hard to find information

I’m turning 60 in July and just starting to inquire into this. I can’t afford to pay for it on my own, so insurance will have to pay.
