First of all, i want to thank you for all the support and encouragement you've given to us, newbies. I’m getting my surgery in 2 weeks and i have some questions about strenght training. How long after the surgery did u go back to the gym? I used to be a hard lifter, legday was my favourite day(especially deadlifts, hacksquats) and im kinda scared i wont be able to do this anymore. So how should i start? light weights at the beginning? It’s still ok to do cardio after the workout ? Help 🥺
