Hey how are things have you made a disission yet

yes i had to do two days liquid 2 mushy 2 soft then reg food. But didnt follow t closey didnt feel much restriction. I go again on jan 8. Wow only three days away. Yikes.. didnt realize it. But ready. Not really lossing but I am sure it is due to christmas goodies. Happy with no gain. just slow losse

Nice to hear from you. Yeah I bet you were busy not much healing time. Right around christmas time. I have just had one fill so far. I have another one jan 8. Looking forward to it. Feel as if i could eat the world if given the chance.. But I do notice i do not eat what I would have at one time. This has been a first for me in a long time. no weight gain from halloween to new years.. yeah.. How long till your birthday. I havent lost much at all since my last visit almost a month ago. But I am thinking it is due to the christmas goodies.. Just happy no gain.. are you having any pain at all. I still get lelf shoulder pain if I dont eat slow enough or to big of bites.. A learning experience for sure. need to work more on protein. I am so into carbs. My body just craves the darn things..

Things are going good. the darn scale isnt moving at all ?? I go into see doc tomorow for post opt.. hoping to get ok to exercise soon.. I know it is a slow process but geez I think I have been at a stand still since surgery

Hi I see you logged in recently.. I meet you that day I was doing my perop.. ANyways had my surgery on the 13. Doing pretty good also had to deal with a large hernia. Unsure if that was why I was in so much pain but wow is all i can say.. my left arm is still in somewhat pain.

I see you are at a standstill. What gym do you go to I have a membership at inmotion.. I cant go a a few weeks still but I would love a exercise buddy..

Hello things are ok. I cant believe this arm pain I have.. Yikes... I had a large hernia as well. I also feel something under my left breast.. Hope not the port.. I was hoping it wouldnt be something I didnt have to know it was there for the rest of my life.. That is crazy someone lost weight with no fills.. I can barley drink.. But I know I need to so my body gets going.. I guess I have been feeling down.. I called work and said I didnt think I would be there next week either..

Glad to see another Chico friend on here. My surgery is going to be done on Monday.. A bit nerious.. So anything you can tell me I would love.. Dr. Ludwig is doing my surgery..

I live in Northern california. I have jumped through all the hoops just waiting for insurance to say yes. I have blue shield they said it is the easiest and fastest to reply. My doctor is here in town. He has a center of execellace which I understand is important.

Did you see my stats are we close. I am crossing my fingers for the next two weeks sugery . I am married since 92 have two childrens a daughter who is going to be 14 in sept and a son who is 11. They are all backing me. My hubby is a bit nerious about as he says going under the knife... But I need help dieting alone just doesnt work for me. My family was complety against the bypass. We had a neighbor do this she looks great weight wise but not healty not to sure eating habits have changed much.
