I also have Aetna. I had my 2nd dietary appointment today and I was told I could even do some of my appointments over the phone. I am trying to do them all in person though because I think it really holds me accountable since I know I'll be weighing in. -
I'm cutting down less and less caffeine every week. I don't want the caffeine withdraw headaches if I go cold turkey at the time of surgery. I do green tea during the week and one cup of my favorite coffee on weekends.
