    I’m so cold! 🥶

Yeah I am FREEZING. I need layers 24/7. however I hope this means summers will be easier on us lol
  4. Oh yes you will feel those full signals much more during your solid stage. Things are still just going through you atm.
  5. After losing this much weight, I sure do want one lol
  6. Hope all went well!
  7. Luckily all of these things will be discussed with your doctor. At the end of the day, your end results are based on what how you choose to live your life after the surgery. I'm 5months out & I can already feel how easy it'd be to eat an order junk food at this stage but I choose no to. YOU are the biggest factor in all of this 😊
  8. Staying consistent always wins! I'm sure you're already seeing some better results now that your body is healing. Keep at it 💜

Remember, you are still in your honeymoon stage. Take full advantage of this time!! Those snacks will still exist after you hit your goal 😊

    More than 200lbs to lose

174 is so incredible wow!! It absolutely should be possible with the sleeve. Remember the general rule, calories in vs calories out. Stick to that & you'll be good!

How long were you off work?

2 weeks. I dealt with mostly muscle pain from where they pulled out the stomach that lingered. The gas, incision pain etc was non existent almost instantly

    Timing, meals, postop

Agreed on an alarm every 3 hrs. It might feel a lot but as time goes by your body will eventually let you know on your own what schedule feels right!
  16. This is just a stall! Calories in & calories out is THE universal rule & you will continue to lose weight after this little hump. I've had multiple stalls & Im still losing. just stick to your plan & you will see your desired results
  17. My favorite was black beans, blended with rotisserie chicken & a splash of chicken broth. it created a very high protein puree!
  18. Yes like everyone said this is more so about your liver. It helps the surgeon do the job much easier, less risks of complications. Also, use this liquid diet to learn more disciplinary habits you can use for your post op diet!

    Advanced Recovery shakes

Very odd that you HAVE to drink these. Did they sell them to you? I just saw that they're almost 300cals per bottle. That's way too high for a protein drink in my opinion. The protein drinks I have are 170cals & taste amazing (Fairlife brand) I'd sugest asking them to switch to something else especially since it tastes horrible. That's really frustrating
  20. I've found that I can only do it when I'm on a laptop!

    Irritated

Yeah that's extremely frustrating. I needed both failed weight loss attempts w my Dr AND comorbidities to get approved. I'm sorry this is so difficult for you. Keep fighting it!
  22. Full liquids right? Yes! You can have tomato soup. I practically lived off of that stuff. Good luck & sleep well!
  23. I really hope it works out! All these attempts sounds stressful & frustrating
  24. I did not feel my energy come back till my 3rd month & even then I still took it easy, but I'm at my 4th month & doing high impact workouts now. It should come back!

    Weight loss stalling?

Yep! I've experienced a few stalls. I only lost like 5lbs~ in my 3rd month while I was doing everything correctly but I lost almost tripple that in my 4th month. Just keep at it! Stalls are normal & they will continue to happen. If you stick to your plan you will break out of it & your hard work will pay off.
