I need some suggestions! And was wondering what your phase 2 is for food? Please I’m allowed yogurt , cottage cheese and mash potatoes

How is your diet going what does you surgeon have you doing?

I had my surgery October 5th. I’m tired hungry and very weak all the time. I’ve been doing Protein Shakes and other liquids is there anything that I can do or is anyone else’s post op diet different from mine?
