Hey! How r u doing? Things went good and i feel pretty good. Just gettin back in the hang of work. I was off for like 8 days and i never take that much time off from work except to take the kids on vacation in the summer so im sore. Well, i c u doin good and loosing weight so congrats!! Keep me posted girl!!

Hey! I'm feeling pretty good. I'm on my 10 day work stretch so i betta be ready! I'm excited now that i can start loosing some weight! My new goal is 30 lbs down by feb 20 cause i have a wedding to be in so u know im on a tare now! U doing ok?

Girl, u know since im superwoman and all, i call myself trying to get up n cook n clean tues morn, pleeeezzzz! I thought i was gonna have to call an ambulance! I was hurtin so bad! I couldn't get back n my bed soon enough! I just came from visitin my grandma. Every new years eve we get togther, no matter what, if u gotta work, u betta call in too!, we cook breakfast, u know how we do it in the south!, and pray and eat at midnight. Been doin it since i was a kid. So, had to put bootie calls on hold! LOL!! Hope ur doing great and happy new year. This year is for us!

Haaayyyy! Gurl, long time no hear! My surgery went well, he said my port was all beat up from multiple punctures though! U already know i was pissed! but n e ways, God is still good! Hey. Thanks for checking in on me. My surg went well, my doc said my port was all beat up though! lol!!!! I'm glad that it is fixed and i can get on with my life. I'm just sore as hell! hey girl. it doesn't hurt but it's just aggrivating that i've been sayin i'm not having restriction and this turns out to be why. it's outpatient so it's basically the same as before. i just hope my results are better! Take care of u and urs. i have 3 girls to buy for, 11,4, and 5. girl i know i done spent a little over 3,000.oo. DAMN!!! But oh well, they deserve it. I thank GOD that i'm able. I will keep u posted!

it's outpatient so it's the same as the band only not replacing the band. The bad thing is that it's the big scar which is going to hurt like hell!
