hay gurl it jessica from laptalk. I need alittle help. I was banned on 7/7 and since then i lost 14lbs. Now that im been back to work i feel like i gained the weight back. I first fill is wednesday. Did u gain any weight beforwe u got ur first fill. Im so afraid i hunry more but i can't eat as much as i did but i can eat . When did u start losing ur weight and what is ur work out plan. Please can u give me some advice. I dont want to go through having surgery cant keep the weight off or lose any more
