  1. Don't get frustrated or discouraged! You probably just need to switch things up a bit. Your body can become used the exercies you are doing and they will become less effective. Try to either vary either by something different or by changing your intensity. Same thing with your calorie intake. You have to keep your metablism guessing. Vary what you eat and the calories you cosume. For me, it works best when I eat around 1300 to 1400 calories a day. I also don't deprive myself of anything. If I want something - I will just have a taste of it. When you tell yourself no, you mind starts to feel like you are on a diet and almost instantly wants to rebel. It's really important to keep your mind in check and stay optimistic. Success if the combination of little choices made along the way!! You can do it!! - Are you in Dallas??
