How are you doing? I had my third fill today and it went fine. I lost 14.5 pounds in the past 6 weeks. I'm hoping for that to happen again in the next 6 weeks! I've lost a total of 52 pounds.

Hi Newmaude,

So far everything has gone great! I don't have any regrets. I had to do something or I would end up being insulin dependent in a year or so. It is scary but the pain is not bad at all. The gas is the worst but that goes away in a few days. I think you will be happy once you get the surgery behind you. It just gets better after that.

Keep me posted on your surgery and let me know how you do afterwards!

Hi Jess! Well did your surgery get bumped too? Charity called me earlier this week and said that they had to move it back to July 27. I'm doing ok on the liquid diet. How are you doing? I get to do it an extra week now. Yippee.

I wondered if you would be at the June 29 class. Congrats on only 3 days of pre-op diet!!! You don't know what you're missing LOL! I started mine yesterday. So far it's been okay. I'm a little tired and light headed from not getting many calories. But I'm sticking with it so far. We're under the 2 week mark now. Can't wait!

I think you might have responded to the thread yesterday but I can't find it for some reason. When are you going to Dr. Curry's for your pre-op and and nutrition class? I'm going June 29.
