Sorry I haven't been on here in a while and just read your message. I had to do the 6 month pre-op diet and I lost 45 lbs before I even had surgery. Now I am almost at 4 months and I am at 93 lbs gone! I am so excited to get to that 100 lb mark I can taste it! 
Did you get your band done yet?
