Yes we can!! Today is day 4 and you know what it’s alright. I imagined 100% worse. I just keep reminding myself this 7 day cleanse is extremely important and very serious for my liver. I do try and go to bed earlier so I can wake up to a new day lol.
Tomorrow I begin the 7 day pre-op. Yikes I am a little nervous. 5 shakes a day and fluids a minimum of 64oz/day. It sounds simple but after failing all the diets I’ve tried in the past 30 years I am afraid of failing. It’s the beginning of the new me. I can do it
