You can get them on Amazon, Bariatric Pal, your local big box store, and other locations/websites. You need to use liquid or chewable; no gummies. Multivitamins with Iron, Calcium, B12, and D3 are the recommended vitamins. This might look different for you based on your program and surgery. These are the vitamins my program and surgery required. There are also specific amounts of each vitamin/supplement, but I don't know those numbers right off. And don't take your calcium with iron.
