hey there! i'm w/Aetna, too, and i haven't had to do nearly as much as you have...i've only had a surgical consult, a psych consult, three visits with a nutritionist over three months, and a complete physical including blood work with my primary care provider...my surgeon's office assures me that i will be cleared and have my surgery on the 15th of this month...

i'm wondering...if we have the same exact insurance company, why have you had to do so many extra steps? is it because i have a BMI of 58 and yours is only 41?
