Well I am feeling a little BLAH today and ready to be at home. I know I am in the recovery stage still, but I have only lost 1 lbs in the last week and compared to the high you get from loosing 15 lbs in two weeks it is really a drag ha ha.. I know it is better for me to loose at a steady pase, but I feel like I never eat and from intake alone you would think I would drop the weight rather rapidly. I know I did not put it on overnight so i can not expect it to fall off over night, but sure would be nice if that could happen..:eek: Anyways, I am at work right now and just feeling BLAH so I thought I would vent about that. I am feeling pretty good. I just wish my body would finish healing so i could get on with loosing.. Waking up and weighing myself and seeing less pounds really can make a girl smile first thing in the morning.. I need to stick to only weighing myself once a week, but darn that stupid scale it calls me morning and night.. I am going to have to put it away. I have never been so obessed about anything.. Ok well I hope everyone is having a good day. i am going to try to become un BLAH.. take care and thanks for letting me vent. :wub:
