  1. I have been using Baritastic, it is great and free. But I recently signed up for the 1st Phorm App, it's worth the money and has a daily workout and trainers to guide you.
  2. literally the worst word there is. closely followed by panties. ?
  3. Just from the surgery it was all over the place.
  4. Mine was very off for the first couple month, then it started to get back to normal last month.
  5. That is a lot when you can eat normally, so imagine what your system was thinking on a soft minimal diet!!! I'm sure you will start seeing a change soon.
  6. It's normal. Your body is adjusting, we all have gone through the stalls. Your body was probably in shock from the low calories and then walking Disney too.
  7. My surgeon stressed the importance of a liver shrinking diet before surgery to lessen complications and make surgery easier. This meant No, to minimal Sugar. It's only working against you to eat that way before hand.
  8. It does sound like a poop problem. lololol
  9. Dumping... couldn't they come up with a better word or term for that. Also Pouch is kind of Cringe
  10. my husband went through a short phase of questioning if I will move on to "something better". And then realized that was stupid. He has never had a weight issue, so I never understood his worry. Talk to him, he is used to you being one way and now you are changing everything.
  11. I have lost about half my hair... I also had very thick hair, thank god. but it has gotten really bad, so if you have luck with it, let us know.
  12. Sugar free Jell-O and Pudding and some good protein flavors. I have one that tastes like Cinnamon Toast Crunch and it really hots the spot if I want something sweet.
  13. Sometimes we run out of ideas for snacks and meals. What are some of your favorite things to keep stocked up on? I can't live without a few flavors of Moon Cheese and my Milk Chocolate 1st Phorm Protein.
  14. I am only 4.5 months out and my weightloss has been terrible the last month and a half. only about 5 in that time I am a little worried that this is how it will be.
  15. I went to Universal studios with my daughter this week, 3 days in the park and I kept up without any issues. Last year my knee would never allow that.
  16. When he told us that, I thought it was such a funny thing, like shouldn't we expect it. But then after, there was a significant different in that incision compared to the rest. So I am glad I knew it was OK.
  17. Not at all. He was great! https://www.drshillingford.com/contact-us.html
  18. I good bowl of soup is always an option.
  19. It's the worst! In one shower I lose what I used to lose in a weeks worth of showers. I am so glad I had thick hair, but it is getting to be so noticeable. I have been considering shaving the rest of my head...
  20. Yes. I don't really see a change in my body, even though I am down 79# ad 3 clothes sizes. I feel like I look and feel the same or bigger. I also noticed that since my skin is kind of loose, things seem worse.
  21. My doctor warned us to expect that. The top left cut was the worst.
  22. That is definitely a plus. I am staying positive, but it does get frustrating.
  23. Another day, another stall... I think I have spent most of November and December in a stall. It's driving me nuts. I had hopes of hitting a goal before new years, but that's not happening.
  24. I would go in there and tell them your old one got stolen...lol
