Hi Lisa,

I just now saw this !! Congrats on getting banded very soon !! Yes the liquid diet is tough,I was only on it for a week and I did have a hard time because I was hungry but the biggest piece of advice I can give you ,is to keep an eye on the big goal!! That's what I had to keep reminding myself,I had to keep remembering that this was going to be a lifestyle change,which I firmly believe that's one of the reasons why they want us on the liquid diet before hand. I had to come to the acceptance that I have to look at food differently and look elsewhere for that comfort.

You can do this,Lisa!! I'm rooting for you !!!
