Hi everyone I'm Merill🖐️ I've just joined your blog, I'm due to have gastric bypass on the 27th of April, I weigh at a 100 kilos atm, hoping to gain some Insight and knowledge and share my own experiences with other people who have gone through the same - have so many questions racing in my head lol. Welcome! It is a true transformation! I just had a revision of my first by pass that was done 23 yr ago. That being said follow the guidelines for life and enjoy the gift of improvement in so many areas. It can be a very emotional journey, gather folks who will support your progress and not bake you cookies to celebrate milestone or soothe a bad day. I’m attaching a book I wish I had 20 yr ago.
