Yikes 3 weeks is a long time. That will be difficult I’m sure. Do they give you a discount for the prescription on your Optifast ? It sounds expensive !

I was curious.. lol… I went and read about the Optifast. That sounds like a really good product.

Yes.. 3 weeks sounds crazy to me too.. but if I dont do it.. no surgery.. its standard here in Canada.. most do Optifast.. my only concern is how its going to taste!.. lol.. not worried about the surgery.. I'm so ready for it!.. my weight has been up and down my whole life.. I can't seem to stay down.. so I need this.. my body needs this.. everything is starting to ache.. I also need a knee replacement too.. need to just stay positive..think of all the great things that comes from this.. for me its feeling better, live longer, do more things with my kids, not be the fattest one in the room, not worry about seating, and being able to buy clothing everywhere!

I am a stay at home mom.. no need to worry about work.. I also don't drink coffee.. lol.. in fact, Canadas program starts by ween everyone off caffeine before surgery so it's not a problem after surgery.. need to be 2 months clean.. chocolate WAS my biggest hurdle.. but I'm ok now.. i think... lolol
