    eating after a fill

I had my fill five days ago and yesterday I could hardly keep anything down. This morning I couldn't even drink the Carnation Instant Breakfast. I don't understand because two days ago I was able to eat one piece of homeade pizza with vegetables. Has anyone else experienced this?

5 month plateau-Just needed to rant

Try journaling every day. Count every calorie. You will notice a difference because many times if you have to write it down you won't eat it. Just be careful because many times if you don't write it down you will eat more of it. Good Luck. I had a two month plateau and am just starting to loose again. It's been six months now and I am down 68.
  3. I am also a 30 something working mom. I had the lap band surgery December 26th 2007. It has been six months and I have lost a total of 68 lbs. I work out almost every day and journal everything I eat. I used to be a Weight Watchers member before I had my son. It is the best program out there. I don't believe the surgery is a quick fix and you must work with it. It will help keep you on track and keep you from going on binges. Just remember you are in control. You can choose use it as a tool to help you in your weight loss journey or you can work against it. Every time you get a fill it is like starting over again. You have to learn what foods work and which ones don't. I completely stay away from the ones that don't (steak, rice). If you are a cook a great magazine would be Healthy Cooking by Taste of Home. It has wonderful recipes and all of the nutrition information is printed by the recipe.
