I actually had both. Dr. Mobley did my surgery and Dr. Watkins took care of the herna I had. I love that office! You look amazing by the way! I love your style!

Thanks! I have 25 lbs to go...Any suggestions on how to lose consistently? I tend to loose a lot at one time then stay there for 3-4 weeks. I hope you and your family have a good x-mas! 2010 is going to be a good year!

Ahh, you make me blush! Yeah it's very cold here. I had to break out my winter coat and the boots already. I need a strong guy like you to keep me warm! Yeah, alot! I'm also doing about 25 miles in 5 days. I was in the same spot at you though. I went 3 mths without losing in fact I gained 2 lbs. Talk about frustration! You look awesome though. Keep up the hard work.
