I know right!....I do toning excersises and they have gotten better. But holy hell! It's not looking good:) PS might be the only answer!

Buck, Have you hit a stand still yet? I've only lost a few lbs. this month and it is very frustrating. You can be my coach! Should I add something to my work out besides running? Wish I was in Texas I would work out with you! That's okay you can move to Ohio..lol

Things are good! I've been very busy with my work schedule and activities. I've been running and playing tennis a lot. Trying to work as much as I can to save for vacations, home improvements and deer season ( I need a new bow). How have you been lately. The last time I talked to you. You thought you had about 15 lbs to go...
