Iโm doing well. Iโm down 39 pounds. Eating is still a little dicey at times. I eat bout four times a day, three to five bites. I pray you all are well and continued success throughout our new Journey.

I find if I add sugar free Jello, its filling, tastes different and gives you the satisfaction of eating. Also, broth (better than bouillian) excuse the spelling, tastes great and you almost feel like you've had Soup. good luck to you!
I put unflavored Protein in my broth, get protein and taste well. February 15,2022 surgery date.

I'm having some difficulty walking and sitting as I have a pain on my right lower side that insists on staying with me but I'm handling it the best I can. When I'm in bed I don't feel it and thankfully I have an adjustable bed so I stay sitting up for a long time. I stayed 2 nights in the hospital, no complications whatsoever and now I'm glad to be home. I'm on Phase 2 now, trying the thicker liquids so little by little. Day by day is all I continue to tell myself. Hang in there, the hardest part is already done haha!! ๐

Now what happened after that is a much longer story. If anyone wants to hear it I will be happy to share. I wish everyone else a happy and healthy time as we do this thing!!

Hey!
I had Gastric Sleeve on February 15,2022. I spent 24 hours in hospital. Iโve had no issues as of yet. My first visit to Lauren Buck was November 3,2021. Iโve been big my whole life. But health issues started adding up quickly so I chose to do the surgery. If any of you have questions please feel free to contact.LilaNicole20 reacted to this -

Thank You, yes Iโve spoke to my team. Iโm doing a pouch reset, just to see if I can resume food again. Just started this week. Iโve always been able to drink, but trouble with food intake since surgery. Team also says everyone is different and tolerant at different times.
