Thank you! I have a huge supply of the Fairlife choc, vanilla and coffee on hand. Love their milk. I bet these will be even better. My husband, who's not on a diet, found the 42g Protein Shake in the convenience store and now drinks one every day, they are so good.

Just looking for anyone with experience going through this. Did it work?
I'm 5'6 350lbs. LapBand 2009. Started at 300, lowest weight was 230 after LB. Need to lose the weight ASAP to get double knee replacement.
I was looking to have LapBand revision to bypass, but surgeon said metabolism slows down after first surgery. And I need all the help I can get to lose some major weight. So he suggested and I agreed to the DS.
Starting pre-op diet in 2 days for LapBand removal in a month. My liver is huge. DS should be 3 months later, if all goes well.
Any journeys would be great to hear about 🙂

Thanks guys,
I just tried my first one. The premier clear Protein Drink in peach. And I love it. I wanted to have another option instead of shakes and powders and this is it!

Starting a pre-op diet 1month before LapBand removal. 60gm Protein Shakes a day and 1 up to 400calorie meal.
Should I just jump all in with the shakes or slowly introduce?
I'm going to use fairlife Protein shakes and premier powders.
Thanks for any info.

Glad you're ok. Thanks for sharing. Now we know it's out there and can be aware of any problems we may face.

So excited for you!
I just joined today and am loving the supportiveness of this group. Loved hearing you say "But as I’ve read on here, enjoy the journey. Don’t rush. Be patient. Be gentle." I definitely need ed to hear that.
I was going to start last year on this journey, but got side tracked by Breast Cancer. All set now and ready to go.
Starting pre-op diet this week. Causing me much anxiety. Gonna have LapBand from 2009 removed in about a month, then DS 3 months later. And I can fit my required dietician visits in during that time so it all seems to be lining up.
Wishing you all the best.

Definitely talk to them. Don't be embarrassed or feel like you're doing anything wrong. Flat times do happen to everyone. They will be able to give you good suggestions on how to jumpstart your metabolism again. Especially the dietician. I know I struggle with any kind of movement due to severe knee osteoarthritis, so good for you for walking! Good luck. Keep us posted.
Psychiatric Evaluation done... Finally.
