  1. Hi there.

I had a revision from sleeve to mini bypass about 6 weeks ago. In that time, I've had quite a bit of diarrhoea and loose stools. Sorry for the TMI. It's really gross to me, too. My poop is green and smells UNHOLY. Is this going to last forever? I traveled to the Uk over the weekend and I was concerned about toilet access. Can anyone advise?

    Thank you.

  2. Hello everyone,

I realize I have to take two flights, stay four days in a UK AirBnB and take two more flights, all while on my soft foods stage.
I’ve been really good at finding healthy, nutritious food while being at home since my surgery (Feb 3), but I’m concerned about what I’ll eat away from home. Does anyone have tips for what I can grab away from home? How to manage an airplane flight of 9 hours or so? Any advice is welcomed.
    Thank you.

  3. Hey everyone,

As I head into eating foods again and not just thick liquids, I need some help.

In another post, I saw someone said you should look for foods at the store under a certain amount of carbs and sugars, but for the life of me cannot find the original post which said what those numbers were.

Can anyone share the numbers they use when evaluating products at the store? I would love to make a note of it.

    Thank you!

  4. Hey there! Just had a revision from sleeve to bypass on February 3. I'm very curious about dumping and what one's body will and won't tolerate after surgery. What happens if you eat a few French fries? A bite of a burger? Bacon? A fat-laden Keto meal? A few spoons of ice cream? A bite of Pasta? An onion ring? Do you immediately feel ill and nauseous? Can you handle any fat in your diet? Any sugar? Please do share your experiences with me. I know everyone's different but also want to imagine what lies ahead. Thank you!
