  1. I too need to start over, I was banded 10-5-2010 2 year anniversary just past.

I lost but have started to slide backwards. I need to start over now, recieved a letter today from my Doctor who wants to see me within the next 30 days or he is going to stop any doctor/patient help, which means any problems I have

I will be on my own. I'm disappointed in myself for letting myself down and not completeing my dream and hanging onto it.

  2. Well Hello everyone I hope all are doing well. I haven't been on for a while due to busy, busy, busy. I need a break, lol but I guess if I keep busy I won't think about eating goodies. Will have to check in more often. Take care everyone and good eating.

  3. elikis,

hello, I'm still here, I'm doing fine. I have been busy logging in at my lap-band journey. But as I here all of you talking I have to go to the doctors on thursday and I think i'm going to need a fill also. I am eating more and hungrey alot sooner that at the very start, I want to fill that filling of not being hungrey again, I liked that lol. I only log my weight loss when I go to the doctors now but I see you may have something going on here,. I do miss chatting with everyone. And I'm back....I need the support daily if needed. And lately I've needed it. Wow I realize I have alot to talk about but this will be enough now.

  4. Well girls I was banded on the 5th, and I too feel like I'm eating to much. But as long as you losing and the time between eating is over 4 hours you should be good, that's by my Doctors standards. You will continue losing, but with all the Holiday hoopla coming are way, just don't forget to keep up the walking, or exercising what ever you are doing. Just think Positive:thumbup:

  5. R Gran 1 I totaly agree with you the best thing you can do is walk, walk, an walk some more. My surgery was on the 5th and when I got discharged on the 6th I walk 4 miles before I left the hospital, that was just on the 6th, the day of my surgery I started out walking 1/2 mile at a time all day every hour. And I feel GREAT!:smile2:

  6. Way to go ladybug, Jane, glad your day went well, sounds like you did very well, don't forget to keep on walking:smile2:

I can't wait to be able to go to the gym, my hospital that I had surgery at has a lifestyle gym and all lap-band patients get discount rates to use the gym and no fee to use the indoor track.

keep on chatting with us were all going to need that extra support.
