hello sorry I havent been online for a while I have been having problems with my internet connection

you look wonderful congrats on your weight loss thats great

what a lovley picture and your a stunning looking lady now. I am like you I am concerned about how it will all go but let me tell you I took the plunge last August 2007 and have lost 122lbs in 11 months and the best thing you can do when you have the band fitted is to walk, I walk 6 miles a day now and it has helped the weight come off quicker.

I had my band done in UK and have had no support from anyone here as in the UK it is frowned upon to have any obsiety operations. I have lost 8 stone 112 in 11 months and have another 14lbs till i reach target. Please look at my pictures and see how different I feel and the smile we both share in the after photos

BLimey what a differnce I think you look so happy now and I am so pelased that you feel better. It is amazing that loosing weight can make such a difference to us and allow us to enjoy life so much more
