Good Morning,
I seen on the weigh in post you had a really good week. Congratulations! I am scheduled for another fill on the 6th, we will see how it goes. I am still losing, just seems as if it has slowed down a bit, but that is okay. Slow and easy works for me as long as it just keeps dropping off.

Hi ... just checking in to see how you are doing. My appointment for my 3rd fill just got switched to November 6. I think that is okay, just starting to feel hungry a little sooner then before.. I just will have to be more careful. I have been really bad about working out lately, because I have worked so much, so I gotta get that back on track too. Have a great weekend.

I tried slowing down a lot and eating smaller portions. I find when I running around eating breakfast it goes down easier, but I think it is because I take a bite, run and do something then come back. I have realized at dinner protein and maybe a little veggies, but I only putting one thing at time on my plate. Last week I was in Vegas for work and I lost 5lbs. I guess because I was alone and ate pretty much protein... protein. This week haven't lost any. I don't think I have been a good eater I have had a few carbs here and there. Tonight is Poker night at our house, so I better be good. Great to hear from you. Keep in touch

I read you think you found your sweet spot. Are you having any trouble eating to fast or with PBs? I am at my sweet spot as well, just having difficulties eating to fast, or that is what the nutritionist said. I see my lapband doctor next week, but I don't think I will need a fill. Anyways I hope you are doing well and the inches and weight is just falling off.

I was able to do mine as and outpatient in Scottsdale, I went in at 12:45 and was home and resting on my couch recliner at 5:30. The hardest thing for me was the not drinking prior to eating and waiting 45- 1hr after eating. My doctor never gave me these recommendations, but hear so many talk about it here, so I been doing it and it does make a difference. I just set the time while I am cooking and after meals are over with and it does help. The other thing I learned here was you take your current weight and multiply it by .37 to equal the protein you need. If you are not gettin enough protein you do not lose. Your body needs the protein to burn the fat. Anys follow your doctor's instructions and you will be fine. Feel free to ask anything. I get a lot of information here and every doctor is totally different.

How did your second fill go? I get mine on Friday! I was on vacation for the past 12 days.. I only lost about a one pound while I was gone, I don't think I ate enough protein. So I am going to log it for a while and see how I do. Hope all is well with you.

Thanks for the note, things are going well. I have had my first fill and it went fine. I am excited to see where the next one gets me. I learned the formula for protein that helped a lot. I hope all is well for you too. I have lost over 36lbs so far, so I am happy. Keep in touch and good luck!

wow that is great... have you weighed yet? I weighed today and looks like I have lost 5.5lbs since last week at the doctors. I was in the chat room and they to me to multiply my current weight by .37 to equal the amount of protein I needed to intake. I did that and increased my protein and the weight really started dropping. Ask your doctor tomorrow an see what he sez. My doctor left after my fill last week, so I see the new doctor when I get back from vacation on the 26th for my next fill. I am a little nervous about vacation and over eating, but I packed my protein shots and protein mix, so hopefully I can be good. Let me know how your second fill goes. I will have my laptop with me, since I am taking work along with me.
