Wow you sound like you are doing great! I asked my surgeon NOT to put my port on my waistband or braline as I didn't want or need a reason to have problems. I had a bit of a problem between day 3 and 5 until I got the hang of getting enough protein. Now I am good. I have an appt to see Doc in Early November so will be on liquids and mushies till then. Generally feeling good but today a bit weary. Catchya soon. Stay happy!

How are you going Kiz? Surviving nicely after your banding. I have no pain now, dealing with my liquids (its for 4 weeks) and feeling on top of the world. My wounds are still healing but are not sore and when they finish healing I will be in my pool exercising. I've lost 5kg already which is about 11lb so I'm smiling. Fighting fit here, no pain anywhere, the gas pains went after day 3 but I am still on vacation for another 10 days so just having fun with my new liquid diet.
