I done the milk diet for 2 weeks pre op, lost 16lb and had a headache the whole time despite drinking 3L of Water but I just kept reminding myself why and my goals and it made it bearable. Good luck 😉 -

Really well thank you, I came home yesterday and today is my first day of having more than just Water. Pain is okay just some discomfort which helps when I walk. How are you doing? -

I’m also 3 days post-op. Everything’s gone smoothly so far, thank goodness. I’m at home and getting used to the full liquid phase. Strained cream of chicken Soup and Premier chocolate shakes are my buddies right now.
