I threw up for the first time after surgery. I just got cleared to take my Vitamins and as soon as I got this down it came back up within seconds. Any other brand suggestions? These were number 1 on the list by my doctor. Should I crush it and take it with Gatorade?

I'm week 2 post-op and my paperwork says to test cottage cheese. I've never had it before and am worried about the bland taste. What can I add to it for flavor but keep it in a smooth consistency besides fruits? I enjoy savory more than sweet.

It's my first-week post-op and I am supposed to be drinking Protein Shakes but it's too thick for my stomach and I feel sick. What can I do to help this? Or is it a waiting game at this point?

I'm about a week post-op and whenever I go to the bathroom I feel faint and go to sleep for 30 minutes or an hour before then wake up in a rush to go. When it happens it is diarrhea and burns so badly. Is this normal or should I contact my doctor?

I was excited to get it until my Mom said "What if you die?" Now I can't stop crying because I'm terrified of anesthesia. Does anyone have advice for dealing with thoughts like this. Words of encouragement? I have no support from my family on this journey.

I passed the mental health evaluation beforehand, but now I feel like I'm really depressed. I can't focus on anything, and I feel really bummed out all the time. I make my friends and family sad when I talk to them. My therapist and husband just tell me to think about all the good things I have going for me, but nothing helps. On top of everything else, I have a new job, and the stress of that is making everything worse. I don't really know what to do. I feel very lonely because no one knows what I'm going through in my real life.
