Hey guys I’m about 8 months out and I’m in a stall. I can not get the weight to drop and I swear it is creeping up or staying the same. I also am loosing motivation and the body dismorphia is worse. I had the gastric sleeve, I’m 23 and I just want to keep going but I need help. I am about 25lbs to my goal weight. Please help

Hey Guys I’m just about 3 weeks post op and I think I’m already stalling. Could this even be possible, I was on a nice decent down, I had the gastric sleeve on October 7th. I’m just worried because I’m considered smaller client before surgery… this is a real stall already.

Hey everybody I’m about 5 days post op sleeve. I’m feeling very defeated, but also super laggy today. I feel so normal but not eating normal is messing with my brain. Does anyone feel like that, does it pass
I’d love some guidance. I’m on the younger side so I don’t have anyone really to talk to about this because none of my friends have gone through this. I was also on the light side when i had it so I don’t feel I get any support from my friends because they don’t see the point. They don’t know all the medical conditions that brought me here. I’d love to have some support and maybe those who are further along have more advice.

I lost only like 4 pounds on the pre op. Some bodies are effected differently than others. Something I new that helped me shed the four was at least one Protein Shake a day, and a slight walk. But everyone is different don’t feel discouraged.

Hey everyone I’m about one week post op and I’m just looking for some guidance. They say we shouldn’t use straws after. Does anyone know why??
