I hate when that happens. My doctor says not to drink while eating. They also told me that if I do have an experience like you had to do clear liquids for the rest of the day then advance to soft the next day and then back to regular food. I have been having to catch myself about how fast I am eating also. I work in the medical field so I am use to scarfing it down....it is a very hard habit to break, however my band reminds me if I go to fast. I hope you feel better soon!
