Yes! I was up and at it the next day, and out and about that weekend! Just listen to your body, and you will be fine! Also no matter where you go take water!!!!

are you able to basically do your normal route at this point? I have some scheduled for 3 weeks out and i'm worried i'll be to tired and run down to do it.

I was July 7!!!!! So far so food!!!! Just finished taking my carafate, still doing eliquis*30days*, getting in 64oz of water*not including shakes or other liquids*getting 90gm of Protein in!!!!!

Anyone else have surgery in July ?
Mine is 7/7 would love to keep up with people who are having there’s around the same time.
I start my preop diet 6/23
2-3 shakes a day and 1 sensible meal
Also anyone’s doctor ask them to stop taking their Multivitamin before surgery ?
