  1. Today I went back to work--a snap--I've been on the treadmill 4 times snce the banding--I do 35-40 minutes--slowly--no running yet. I am eating soft foods--Cottage cheese--pureed veg soup--perfect- and today tuna--with fruit. The Dr. called and said I could start a few solids at the end of the week--I don't know about that--I like things just as they are--- I've lost 16 pounds since the 29th. He warned me not to over eat--but I don't know what that is--I hope I'm doing the right thing--


  2. The 29th was my banding and everything was uneventful--I was put on mushies on Friday. Tough to get it down. But today I was successful with a mashed egg white and a bit of tuna and mayo. Shakes are still hard to get down. I feel 100% better today--much stronger--tomorrow--back to work.
