he's getting to be like me overweight i worry about him too, all he does is eat junk food and watch tv or video games.

I weight 268 bmi of 46 I have been like this as long as i can remember i was 302 at my highest weight, Ive joined the ymca lost 25, ww about 20 joined ww again, lost 12 gained some back, ive even had my ears stapled twice. lost 15lbs nothing seems to help for very long i go back to my old habits, i think im a emotinal eater, when my dad was sick all i did was eat bad, the doctor said i go back to comfort foods. then mom gets sick, im at the hospital with her

ate at the cafe, just bad food. can't seem to stop myself. don't know how to get on track and stay there, this might be the only solution for me. have you checked out utube lapband surgerys its people talking about their experiences i have got a lot of information from there too.
