Hey! I have been out of it for a while now - time to get back on the horse and continue on with the weight loss...I know it sounds stupid - but part of me is scared to lose more weight because people have already been noticing my loss...I am down 55 pounds in 5 months, which is awesome, but I have been reverting back to old food choices for eating.

How are you doing? Your pics look soooo good. You are doing it girl! You are such an insperation to me, keep it up! When are you coming out here to Denver again? I would love to get together with you for real this time (I was sooo sick last time you were here - sorry about that).

Hi Anita! Congrats on your decision to have the surgery! It is one of the best decisions you will make in your life. I know it is hard on the liquid diet, but hang in there! It will be worth it in the end. The only pointers I have is listen to what your doctor says, not people on this or any other website. If you have questions/problems, call your doc! That is what he is being paid for. Also, go slow when you eat and chew your bites really good. Make sure you get in at least 64 ounces of H20 a day! The last thing is DO NOT compare yourself with others and what they have lost. Everyone is different and loses at a different pace. I have caught myself worrying about it as well, but then I have to remind myself that this about ME and MY lose, not anyone else! If you have anymore questions feel free to contact me. Just checking in to see how you are doing... Did you dress up at Halloween? I wore my "Nicole" costume, comes in size XXL... Hopefully next year I will wear "sexy cop" or "naughty teacher"... LOL!
