I just found out I was pregnant 5 months post op. My sugar and Iron are low.

Does the amount of weight play a part it that.... I’m 5foot 199lbs my doctor is saying I only need to lose 50 pounds. Just hard to do on my own with PCOS. I was just wonder wondering what to expect my date is July 1st getting nervous
