You don't go back for 3 months?? I have a 10 cc band. Was banded Aug. 4th. I have 5cc's in band now, I go this Wednesday for 3rd fill. Seems a long time without a fill to me. Will your Dr give you a fill sooner if you need it?

I caught a 24 hr bug. I was so sick with dirrehea, and dry heaves. It was horrible. Hubby called Lab Band Dr. and I finally was sent some medicine to stop the heaves after about 4 hrs. Today if I cough or laugh I hurt so bad. Everyone needs to have some medicine on hand if this ever happens to you. He sent me suppositories and dry heaves disappeared. Will always keep this medicine on hand. Ask you Dr about it in case you get a bug.

Phyl, I am so sorry to hear about Janet's brother. Please tell her Pj is praying for her and her family. Will miss her. I would like to send her a card also. I have been ill plus my hubby just got out of the hospital, so I just got the news.

My husband retired from the Air Force. We are both from Ft. Worth. We reside in Grand Prairie since his job now requires him to live in Dallas County.

How about opening up the capsules and taking the medicine mixed in with some Sf pudding. I did that.

Janet, thanks for this site and for being here for us. You're the best. I come here every evening and read what everyone has to say, it helps me alot. The pictures you posted in your different outfits were sooooooooo nice. You look Awesome. My next fill is Oct 22nd, hopefully it will be the one I've been waiting for. Thanks again for all your help, you're such a sweetie.

Wow...1/2 cup satisfies you. That is great. I can eat as much as I want. I am not losing or gaining, just waiting to reach the happy zone. I have had 2 fills so far. I have 5cc's in a 10 cc band. My next fill is Oct 22nd. Hopefully the weight will start dropping after this next fill. I am struggling right now to maintain. Congratulations on your weight loss.

last week..221today...........220 this is such a struggle for me right now. I have had 2 fills. 5cc's total in a 10 cc band. I have NO restriction. I get my next fill Oct. 22nd. My lowest wt was 218.50 but I have gained. To all of you that lost...wtg !!

Gail, I'm so sorry about your Mom. I know what you are going thru, I lost my Dad in May.

Where do you find sugar free yogurt, and what brand is it? I can't find sugar free.

Eroded in your stomach? Ouch. How did you find that out? Were you experiencing alot of pain? Will you be getting a new band at a later date?

Ladies, they call this Bandster Hell. I was banded Aug. 4th. I have had 2 fills since then. I had my last fill 3 days ago. My band size is 10cc, I now have 6cc's in my band. I don't see much difference in the way I feel before I had my fill. I have been told it could take 3-6 fills before we get to the Happy Zone. Hang in there, drink your water, count your calories, eat several small meals a day so that you won't overeat. I know what you are all going through. It will get better. :smile2:

What size band do you have Luluc?

Bochs, I had my 2nd fill Tuesday, the Dr. told me I have 6.25 cc's in my 10 cc band.

My band size is 10 cc's. I went for my 2nd fill yesterday which gave me a total of 6.25 cc's in my band. I go for my 3rd fill Oct. 20th. I was starving with 5 cc's after my last fill in Aug. Hopefully you misunderstood the Dr. about 4cc's is all you can have in your band. I'm hoping 6.25 cc's gives me better restriction for a longer period of time.

Thanks....today i got my fill. He put 1.25 cc's in which gives me 6.25. I am hungry now since today is Clear liquids only. I will find out tomorrow.

I have no restriction. I can eat anything !! Tomorrow I go in for my 2nd fill. I feel like I don't have a band. My band is 10cc's and I have a total fill of 5ccs. Hoping tomorrow will help me.
