Today I upped my protein . I had half of premier protein with some Greek yogurt and made a shake and I was pretty full off that and then I had some salmon with avocado. I think the shake helped to cut down some of the hungry. I’m new to this and figuring it out as well. Have you tried that ? -

I’m going to try this in the morning with my protein shake and yogurt as I wake up and then an egg with avocado for breakfast and try to finish my protein/ yogurt combo throughout the day and see if it makes a difference along with maybe tuna and pumpkin for dinner and another meal if possible.

Ugh awful -
Well on purée , I am only allowed to 2oz of food per meal and only three meals . So for instances today, I had tunaand an avocado puréed together and then I had refined Beans and shredded chicken puréed and I felt snackish so I had apple sauce. I also had 6 0z of Protein Shake.

Okay I’m glad I’m not the only one -
I’m wondering as well if it’s due to not hitting my protein mark or even nowhere close to it. Today I had about 10 grams of protein.

The bariatric soft chews are horrible, I need suggestions lol. They taste chalky -
Yea , I spoke to my nutritionist and they are preparing to move me to soft food tomorrow. Praise the lord cause this liquid especially water isn’t it.

I had sugar free Ice pops and jello. That’s the only thing I could tolerate today.

Yea they sent me home with nausea pills but I threw up last night and this morning. I’m just blown because I can hardly take my sips much less to take my pills with water.
