Any one willing to share recipes for the soft food stage and beyond using the air fryer...

Soooo I kinda have flabby arms; had them before my surgery. I'm wondering if anyone lost that as they lost weight?? Did you do something to help with toning that area?? I will begin my soft food stage in a few days and have my first appt at that time. I was trying to wait before adding in workouts. I've just been walking for now. For me it's a big insecurity for me. I feel like it not something you can hide like loss skin on your tummy and legs. What are some things you guys did??

Great! that's actually what I was getting the oatmeal for in the first place because I'm struggling with drinking the Protein Drinks right now

It's on my list of things to eat in my purée stage. I even have some recipes in that big book they give you. I'm guessing I have to really cook it down and maybe even blend it a bit 🤷🏾‍♀️ You guys think I should stay clear anyway till next week?? I've been struggling drinking those Protein Drinks so I was going to mix it in my oatmeal to ensure I'm getting my protein...
