Thanks! I am feeling better than I have in a long time! I'm a little frustrated because the scale hasn't budged in a few days. I was losing between a half to one pound a day before that. Always worrying I am doing something wrong and I will screw it all up. Can't seem to stop going there in my head.... I wish I could stop weighing daily but I am kind of obsessed right now. Hopefully, all that anxiety will calm down soon.
