Get electrolyte powder and add to ur Water with Water flavouring or squash, drink apple juice and any juices you like, have yogurts and make urself some meat/poultry broths and have about 3oz of that at each sitting ideally aim for 5meals aday and you will be okay.

    Thanks I will make sure to try that! I have the electrolyte powder so I will try that more often. Its hard for me to have 5 meals because my job is non-stop but I will try and plan better.


  2. Hi, I am new to this forum and glad I found it! I had RNY on 12/17. I am having trouble reaching my daily Fluid goal of 64oz and Protein goal of 60g. I am currently on pureed diet and was able to tolerate eggs and shrimp (kind of) yesterday. However today I feel weak, nauseous, often dizzy. I go back to work on Monday and trying to figure out a strategy to make it through the day. Thanks for any feedback!
