Well first off, congrats on taking the first step in your weight loss. Well my surgery went well, very little pain, just some discomfort. My scars keloided bit, nothing major. I have had a total of 4 fills. I think that I am getting closer to my sweet spot. As for hanging skin, chile I am a thick girl, the skin always hung, lololol. Right now I am not even worrying about hanging skin, I am just worried about getting the weight off. Oh just for FYI during my last fill my dr. could not find my port. He stuck me so many times. Thank God for local anesthesia. The next day my stomach was swollen and bruised. He was able to access my port afte a million pokes, lolol. Well chic just wanted to drop you a line. Good luck and kit
